I'd found the shirts elsewhere on the internet and in my hunt for cheaper and available colours & sizes, using DuckDuckGo, this company were listed in the search results, offering items at competitive prices.

The website (on a desktop browser) is easy to navigate and search for items I was looking for.

I was confused about a discount code displayed below the "add to basket button". I quite reasonably assumed they qualified for the discount. But once I got to paying, the code was not valid. I cancelled out my shopping basket and retried the process a couple of times - it caused me to get a bit impatient and cross. But since I was still getting a good deal on the products anyway, I went ahead with the purchase.

First time registration was made during the purchase stages and was straightforward to set up.

£3.99 paid for standard delivery with 3-4 business days promise for dispatch.

Payment was made securely and quickly with no problems.

30-Jun-2022 I was emailed by both Outdoorlook and Royal mail with tracking details, also by a SMS text from Royal Mail, this was all accurate and useful.

Dispatch was 4 days.

Sat 02-Jul-2022 all items arrived, appropriately packaged, 6 days after purchase and within expected time frame.

Everything arrived as expected, individually sealed in factory wrapping, labelled and perfectly new. I have tested each item for quality and fitting and all is good and in order.

I don't have any complaints as the transaction in the main has been without fault and I would consider using them again.

5 Stars = Met all expectations of sale.

Jokers! The product was supposed to be sent 3-5 working days, I had to contact them (there is no phone number, what is very strange) to get it dispatched… after few days apparently product was returned to the sender „for some reason”
Time wasters!!!

Ordered an item on 11th of March - few hours later I was notified of item's dispatch with a royal mail tracking link.
I still have not received the item and no answers from customer service. The royal mail tracking link says "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"
Basically, a scam - luckily it was not a very expensive item but overall definitely not recommending purchasing here!

I noted the ‘easy returns’ message when making a purchase. Jacket was good quality and heavily reduced but unfortunately too small so expected to be able to return it. On careful reading of the instructions I found that clearance items are non returnable. I am now stuck with a jacket I cannot wear!

Be Warned not only do you have to pay for delivery, you also have to pay again to return an item. I don't know any other store that charges for returns, given that most people shop online in the current climate this seems unreasonable. I won't be using this outfit again.

First issue was delivery was late but they refunded the delivery charge so that was ok however when I did receive my delivery and opened the coat I found there were no labels attached and a pair of glasses in the pocket!! No quality control whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted that I have got a coat that someone else has clearly worn.

A very confusing experience with this website.

I bought a jacket because the price was good, and because I had a discount voucher. The buying process was straight forward and the jacket arrived in the stated timeframe.

Unfortunately, the sizes aren't listed correctly on the website and so the jacket didn't fit.

I liked the jacket so asked if they'd do an exchange. They said no. Ok, if that's not a service they're geared up for that's ok.

I then asked if I could buy the smaller size separately but with the same level of discount. They still said no (tothe discount part anyway). I'd understand this if I just wanted to buy a second jacket, but my only reason for wanting to rebuy is because their stated sizing is way off.

Anyway, jacket returned. Replacement jacket not bought (not from them anyway).

Customer service was blunt and unprofessional - not sure how big, or new, this company is but their CS staff could do with some training. I also had to 'remind' them to refund my return postage costs. Sigh.

I suspect people who receive things that fit and don't need to return will find this company to be good. Anyone that needs to deal with customer services probably won't.

I ordered size 5 Skechers, I’m normally 4.5 they arrived quickly were too big, Couldn’t work out returns on there website but was a returns label in with my trainers I returned paid postage myself. Got full refund no problems at all. Would order from this company again.

very bad service. If you do not like the item they do not send you return labels and they charge you for delivery and for return they ask for extra money. VERY BAD RETURN POLICY . Now I realise why Amazon is growing too fast . they have a great policy of customers first and customer has a priority and why english businesses are going down.

I purchased croc wellies and they were sent in good time. However they don't look new. The plastic bag had a hole in it, and black ink smudged all over the wellies which was not easy to get off (and not all of it did come off)

They are a bit scruffy and look second hand but they were cheap so you get what you pay for I guess.

Ordered trainers which arrived within a week. They were too small and when I went to look at how to return o saw negative comments here and on twitter so I was thinking it was going to be a handling. Nope, got my refund today under 10 days later. And ordered the larger size shoe, received quickly again. Happy customer ?
You do have to pay for your own return postage but many smaller companies the same so no problem ?

Loads of negative feedback here but speak as you find - speedy delivery, good sizing and I am very happy with garment quality. Simple as that really!

Appalling service from start to finish. I didn't give them a 1 star because the product seems to be really good but awful experience with them!
Firstly, they told us the wrong width of each deck board and we built our whole garden around this so now it doesn't line up properly.
Secondly, we were told delivery would be the following week if we ordered when we did. It ended up being 3 weeks late and a few days prior to delivery, I had 2 or 3 different companies calling me and telling me different information. Completely messed up all my plans and arrangements to get it fitted. I would definitely not recommend this company and would not go back!

This rating is based on inextricably poor customer service.
The actual product and pricing is very good.
However in the event of an issue, in this case questioning the high returns cost, I was simply given a bog standard email response without any care or consideration.
The staff member "James" is probably advised to churn out these responses in the event of a complaint?
Please be CAREFUL when buying from this company as you are unlikely to receive the due care and attention that you should.

Bought Regatta walking shoes size 9. They were far too tight (more like a size 8) No exchange policy, so was charged postage to return and had to pay postage for new size 10 shoes. Have now had to pay £10 extra through no fault of mine. Customer service unhelpful. Don't be deceived by cheap prices. I'd have been cheaper shopping elsewhere.
